95 years old, of West Palm Beach, FL, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, June 27, 2018. Born in Gas City, Indiana, she was the daughter of Frank and Ethel Holmes Kiser. She moved to West Palm Beach in 1951 worked as a waitress at The Avenue Sandwich Shop, located at Dixie Hwy and First Street, in West Palm Beach, for over 20 years before retiring in 1977. Dottie was a longtime member of the Free Will Baptist Church of West Palm Beach.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 20 years, Ray Dockery in 1960, her husband of 35 years, Robert L. Hager in 2010 and her two daughters, Karen Sue Dockery in 1981 and Deborah Louise Dockery in 2000. Dottie is survived by five children, Rita Hall, Judy Sims, Donna Hayes (Billy), Marlene Cates (Roy) and Gregory Dockery, all of West Palm Beach and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, July 2, 2018 at QUATTLEBAUM FUNERAL, CREMATION & EVENT CENTER at HILLCREST, 6411 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL, with interment to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 Noon until service time on Monday.
