Sister Fern is what I affectionately called her.  Not only was she my sister in Christ but she always felt like a big sister looking out for me. When I would see her out and about in the community,  she would always shout from near or afar, Hi Sister Kingdom! How's them grand babies?"
My most recent memory was on July 3, 2022 when I attended services at Redemptive  Life.  I sat across the isle from Elder Fern that day.  After service ended, I shared how God had provided housing for me in Georgia. She was happy for me, encouraging me, in the Lord while giving me the biggest hug  filled with joy and love. That was a bittersweet moment but as I reflect back, it  is also treasured memory... heavens final gift from her to me. Rest With God beloved Sister Fern.
