Mr. Hebert Schwartz, 89 of Lake Worth, Florida passed away on December 13, 2012 in Atlantis, Florida. Mr. Schwartz is survived by his beloved wife Renee; loving children David Schwartz, Jodi (Steven Richman) Schwartz and Lori H. (Scott Susskind) Schwartz; cherished grandchildren Jessica and Lucas.
