Hubert M. Knowles

Hubert M. Knowles, affectionately known as “Buddy” by his family and close friends, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, creativity, and quiet strength. He was born on July 17, 1980, in Sodus, New York, to Hubert D. and Gloria Knowles.

A gentle soul with a peaceful spirit, Hubert was one of nine siblings and shared a deep bond with his large, loving family. From an early age, Hubert’s love for learning and imagination was clear. While other children played with toys, Hubert could always be found with a book in hand. His passion for reading carried into adulthood, where it was matched by his love of drawing, designing graphics, and working with computers. He also found joy in cartoons and creating video games, using his talents to build worlds that reflected his vibrant and thoughtful mind.

Hubert will be remembered not only for his creativity but for his kind heart, easygoing nature, and unwavering love for his family.

He was preceded in death by his father, Hubert D. Knowles Sr., and brother, Warren Whylly.

He is survived by his devoted mother, Gloria Knowles, and his beloved children: Demetri, Adam, Jordan, Israel, and Alyssa Knowles. He also leaves behind his cherished siblings: Wayne Whylly, Sonia Whylly, Suzla Whylly, Sabrina Whylly, Crystal Knowles, Natasha Knowles, Stacee Sears, and Melissa Knowles.

Though he is no longer with us in body, the memory of Hubert “Buddy” Knowles will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His legacy of warmth, creativity, and quiet brilliance will never be forgotten.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, July 16,2025 at 5:00 PM at Royal Palm Funeral, 5601 Greenwood Ave., West Palm Beach, Fl. 33407. Celebration of Life will be held July 17,2025 at 11:00 AM at Royal Palm Funeral Home, 5601 Greenwood Ave., West Palm Beach, Fl. 33407 Committal Service will follow service at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens, 5601 Greenwood Ave., West Palm Beach, Fl. 33407
