 I don’t know where to start. From the first time I met you, you had an aura about you. You had that swag! Your spirit was infectious and you were so easy going and definitely easy to talk to. I will cherish the memories I have of you. Our family reunions and get togethers will definitely feel different without there but I know you’ll be with us in spirit. The passing of Mr. Lloyd Grant (Chef G) saddens me. Chef G was truly a classy gentleman with a great sense of humor. His pleasant demeanor coupled with kind words was enough to put everyone at ease. Chef G we will miss you. 

I LOVE YOU UNCLE WILL.  I tried searching for words that describe the kind of person you are and the one that stood out the most is your commitment to FAMILY .   Your passing is a major loss for our family.  But we will continue to find strength and comfort in knowing we all were special to you and we will continue to  put family first as you did.  I will miss your beautiful  smile and your calm reassuring voice .  My last time spent with you was special ... if only I knew our time was so limited.  Aunt Monica you have always been his rock and he was proud.  Thank you for giving him the best life. 

Mr Lloyd Grant otherwise known as Chef "G" !!!..I have known Lloyd since 2001 when he came to work at good Samaritan hospital.. He was my boss, he has been a friend, and a father to me. We have worked many events together.. Lloyd was a loving man , someone that you would want to hangout with.. he brought many memories that will always in my heart.. gone but not forgotten... forever in our hearts.


Uncle Lloyd RIP.  I will always remember your big smile, your cooking and your dancing.  You were small in stature but you had a big loving heart.  I still cannot believe that you are gone.  The last time I saw you was in February 2020 and you looked dapper as usual.  I will miss you but I know the Lord has other plans for you but I will see you again, sleep in the Lord's arm.💔❤

Our Condolence to the Grant Family. We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Lloyd Grant, better known as Chef G. 

Whenever my husband Norman and I were out on any occasion, Chef G always made a point to find me and greeted me with such grace and a cheerful smile. It was always a pleasure for us to be around him. He was a Gentleman. 

He will be missed. May the memories of him, bring you peace and joy, now and in the future.

Uncle Lloyd, affectionately known as (Bredda  Will, kuz, and bigman) by many. Gone but not forgotten, you'll be missed immensely . A small man with a big voice and attitude to match. A happy and cheerful individual. This man will walk into a room and that room transformed.  He had a gleeful aura which was contagious . Kuz may the light perpetual lit your way home to glory . 

It is with deep regret that I have to write this tribute. So much memories in such a short time but they were precious memories that will stored in my heart forever. I'm glad that My daughter and I got the opportunity to spend time with him before his passing.

I will always remember my father even in the few years that I knew him. He taught me many things and gave me the opportunity to meet family members I didn't know I had. I will always remember him and cherish the moments that we had. I know that your soul is resting in peace Dad.🌼

So glad I got to come out and visit you when I did. Have loving memories of you visiting us all in England.
The best thing about you uncle is your smile and the twinkle in your eyes whenever you were with us.
To think will no longer be able to hear your voice again saddens me but I know uncle you are not alone , as grandma and grandad are there with open arms.
At least I will always have a little part of you  as your remembered but never forgotten love you loads uncle.

I  was very sadden to hear of the passing of Chef G. I met him several years ago as we are both members of CAFCI. I found him to be a very kind and helpful person. I was involved with CAFCI's Ball every year and as you know, for several years he was our Caterer for numerous events. He was a joy to be around and I will surely miss his humor. I was coordinator for the ball journal and he always supported us when I called him for an Ad.
He will be missed and I send my Condolences to his wife and all of his immediate family. May God be with you always.

Lloyd Grant aka chef G will be forever missed. I can’t get his smile and his voice out of my head.  I still haven’t accept the reality yet that I will not be able to talk to him on the phone . 
He’s now sheltered in the arms of God after running his last miles.

It came as such a shock and sadness to hear of Lloyd's passing. I remember  how nice he was whenever I saw him and I will always remember his smile. We said our last goodbye at the 2019 family reunion.
