OBITUARY
Margo S Fankhauser
25 March, 1932 – 3 May, 2022

Margo Solomon Fankhauser was born in Aitanite, Lebanon in 1932.
Her family moved to America in the 1940s and settled in Cleveland, Ohio. Her mother and siblings lived and went to school in Cleveland and although they did not speak English they made the most of their new life. They quickly adapted and started a small business where Mary K Solomon the matriarch sold bread and started a small market. They all soon found much success and were thriving in this new land. Margo excelled at art and quickly gained notoriety in the local area. She married in the 1960’s and had one son named Roy Emil. Her husband was well known businessman in the Lorain County area Roy Fankhauser.
They enjoyed their life and traveled frequently. Margo got her Real Estate license and began a successful career in Real Estate which lasted over 40 years. Working for all the big firms she was well known in the 1980’s for bringing Lexus Dealerships to Florida. She will be known as the Great White Shark for her intimidating business stature but to all who loved her she will be known for her generosity and the many charities she shouldered. Including the building of a Church in Davie, Fl , St Philip Orthodox Church. She is preceded in death by her Mother Mary K and her brother Assad Emil. She leaves behind a strong family. She is survived by her sister, Souad Solomon and her son Joseph and Wife Brenda and son Joe Jr.
Her son Roy Emil and his children. Emily Marie and William Fankhauser along with Alex Solomon and wife Georgette and children, Alex, Nicholas Anastasia and Christina Solomon. A Committal Service will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 12:00PM at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 6411 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida 33405. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Margo’s memory.
