Richard was an accomplished Musician most of his life.
He is survived by his wife Deborah Shaw, a daughter Casey Lee Shaw, a son Christopher Jeffrey Shaw and a sister Patricia Lee Shaw. He was predeceased by a son Zachary Scott Shaw.
A visitation will be held on Thursday July 10, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00PM at the Quattlebaum Funeral Cremation and Event Center, 6411 Parker Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33405.
