I was saddened to learn of Bill's death.  He was such a good friend and supporter to me.  I always respected Bill because he always did what he thought was best for the city, even if it was not the popular thing to do.  The personal cost of being a public servant is high, particularly now days.  We are all fortunate that Bill was willing to pay that cost because he did make a difference, even though his service may have been at the cost of his health.  You can rest now Bill.

Our lives were brighter with Bill in them.  We will always remember his humor or at least his attempt at it, his gentle and caring nature.  We have lost a true friend and for that I am sad, but very happy to have known him and called him My friend! Bill, you are being missed already!

Our paths crossed many times during my regular visits to WPB. Last Thanksgiving with you in NYC was particularly fun. I will miss all your witty banter at dinner, Billy.

I will always remember Bills smile and his sense of humor. He had regular quietly delivered punch lines in most all situations. Some were funny and some not so funny. It didn't matter they always cracked him up and that was the best part. Bill was a kind gentle man who cared about fairness and what was right. I will forever miss his jokes, support, and advice. Love you Billy

Bill was a good friend and most ethical business associate.  I have known Bill for 25 years and always have held him in high esteem.  I already miss Bill and will remember the good thoughts and personal comittment  that he had for the community overall and for his friends.  A good man has left us in body, but never in spirit

My commish- It was an honor to be your escort and cohort for so many years! We had so much fun and I will forever remember the good times tooling around in your car when My Bill was away!   Life is a short journey and you left a void in the world which means you contributed a vast amount to us all in this city and in our hearts. I will always love you, Mossy!!!

My condolences go out to the Moss family.  Bill was a great friend of mine and the Northwest Community.  We will miss him dearly.
