

Mr. Moss age 67 passed away suddenly and unexpectantly at his residence in West Palm Beach, Florida on March 28, 2012. Bill was born in West Palm Beach, Florida on March 7, 1945 to the late Mr. Maurice Moss and the late Mrs. Helen Mildred (nee Ackerman) Moss. Bill was a Forest Hill High and University of Miami graduate. Mr. Moss served office in the City of West Palm Beach as one of our City Commissioners serving for his seventh term of office after a narrow campaign race. He was also a former advertising partner with Baldrica Advertising. Mr. Moss was a citizens advocate helping the City of West Palm Beach to revitalize the cities downtown appearance with new landscaping and beautification projects throughout the City. Mr. Moss is survived by his brother, Brad Moss; sister, Elaine Bakst; nephews, Jeffrey Bakst, Vincent Moss and Alex Moss; niece, Kira Bakst; uncle, Jack Ackerman; and cousins, Lori Ackerman and Scott Ackerman. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, April 1, 2012 at the Mizell-Faville-Zern Funeral Home Funeral Home & Cremation Services Chapel, 6411 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33405, (561) 833-4061 with Rabbi Alan Sherman of the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County officiating. Jewish Burial Rites will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park, 6411 Parker Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33405, (561) 582-4131. The family will be receiving friends Sunday, April 1, 2012 "Only" at the home of Michael Bakst & Tim Harris, 201 South Narcissus Avenue #403, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 following the funeral.
