It is with great sadness that the family of DAVID KELLY METCALF announce his passing at his home on March 3, 2012 at the age of 53. David is survived by his brother Randy (Andrea) of P.E.I and Linda (Howie) of Maple Ridge, sister in law Debra White, along with nephews Adam and Brock and nieces Stella, Lauren, Aliya, Ciara and Makayla. David was predeceased by his parents, Lorne and Julia and brother Barry. A Service of Remembrance will be held at Hollyburn Funeral Home, 1807 Marine Drive, West Vancouver on Tuesday, March 13 at 11:30am. In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to GF Strong Rehabilitation Centre. David’s family would like to thank all those who provided care and support to him throughout the years allowing him to achieve and maintain his goal of independence, Lions Gate Hospital for the excellence of care provided and GF Strong staff for many years of support and life long friendships.
