SCHNEIDER Joan Dorothea (Reddin) January 24th, 1939 - July 12, 2009 After a very long graceful battle with cancer it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother and Nannie in her home at the age of 70. Predeceased by her husband Bruno, she will be greatly missed by her 3 children Bruce and Laura Hansen, Barbara and Steven Craig, Sandra and Terry Kwasnycia. Grandchildren Steven and Megan Hansen, Joshua and Sarah Craig, Hannah and Jackson Kwasnycia. Survived by her sister Maryanne Pollen, brother-in-law Peter Pollen, sister in law Joyce Reddin, also survived by her loving extended family Paul and Anne Soukup (Mark, Paul, Peter (Erin), and Michael), Tara and David Robinson (Ethan and Evan) and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Mary Lou who was always by her side. The family wish to thank the many Pallitive care nurses from the North East team, we could not have coped without you. Elanor Campbell, Linda Rumney, Julie Dunn, Rhea Blythe, Mary Horn, Maureen Patrik, Shirly Gilbertson, Sandra Goldstone and wonderful volunteer Patty and dog Lucy. Services will be held on Friday, July 17th, 2009 at 10:30 am at the St. John's Anglican Church. 228 8th Street, North Vancouver. Viewing at Hollyburn Funeral Home, 1807 Marine Drive, West Vancouver between 9-10am. Burial to follow at 2:30PM at Capilano Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Lions Gate Cancer Clinic.
