Julie and Ken
Julie and my mom were best friends. We referred to her as Aunt Julie. She never had children. But I remember the time my brother Shane and I visited Aunt Julie in Vancouver at her apartment. She introduced us as "Her kids" and yes we were . She was the best.I love her and I miss her . She's with my entire family and Uncle Ken now. She is
In good hands .

Mum and Julie in line to board the ship to London, England 1961

My mum and Julie soon after they arrived in London, England. 1961

Julie and I worked together at Manulife for years. She was very smart and very well organized with her work. She enjoyed life and, of course, loved to travel. I enjoyed her annual teas where friends gathered.
It seems to have happened very quickly.
I am glad she did all her travelling and spent time with family and friends.
May she rest in peace. Mo

My name is Pirminda and I knew Julie from work. We used to work on the same floor. I used to work for the doctor. She worked for the insurance man and Sandra worked for the lawyer and we used to go out for lunch and I’m really really sorry to hear that she passed away. I’m so fast she was a lovely woman. She always had a smile on her face and had a sense of humour I will miss her lunches together and I think life is short. She was kind. I don’t know what to say. My condolences go to all the family and I will miss her. My heart is with her and I will see her in the next life I guess. Julie, I Sandra and Rufinia used to go out for lunch and chitchat about our gaps of months that passed between us. It was a nice social gathering and she loved to travel and she loved her cruises. She, I don’t know what to say my heart felt sympathy goes to all the family and friends that knew her rest in peace Julie.
