It is with sadness we announce the death of our Mom, Nellie C. Norman-Villegas. She died peacefully on Tuesday, Nov 26th, 2013, in North Vancouver, B.C., at the age of 85 years, predeceased by her husband Cesáreo Villegas.
Nellie was a loving mother and teacher, and she will be greatly missed by her children Jorge, Lewis (Tina), Nellie and María José; and her grandchildren Kathy, James, Julian, Paul, Caroline and Matthew.
A burial liturgy will be celebrated at St Pius X Church, 1150 Mt Seymour Rd, North Vancouver, on Tuesday, December 3rd, starting with a viewing at 10:30 AM and following with Mass at 11:00 AM. A reception will follow in the lounge at 3680 Banff Court, a short drive away.
Interment will take place at The Cloisters in the Gardens of Gethsemani, Surrey, B.C.
We want to thank Dr Bryan Norton and the nursing staff who cared for Mom.
