Peter Ronald Edgar Louw

1933 - 2021

We are saddened to announce the passing of our family’s patriarch, our loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother- in- law, uncle, teacher & friend, who passed away on January 26, at 1:35 pm. In his 87 years, he overcame so much, including a victory over his most recent battle with COVID-19. He fought hard and triumphed, coming back to us long enough to checkin on his children, and convey his affections. However, this past month of being away from the love of his life for over 70 years was too much to bare, so he left this life to be reunited with mom. Peter was predeceased by his loving wife by just one month, proving their love was too strong to keep them apart. Heis lovingly survived by his, son Keith and daughter-in-law Charlene, son Michael, granddaughter, Jaylene and husband

Manny, great- grandchildren, Michael, Markus and Julia, and Nicole, sister-in-law Herta Stoffels, and a respected extended family in South Africa. Peter was an accomplished & beloved teacher, teaching for years in South Africa, and shaping the minds of countless students in BC’s Fraser Valley for more

than 30 years. He had a vibrant love for his family, teaching, traveling and was admired by those who knew him. He will be sorely missed, but we find comfort in knowing our parents are resting together forever.
