Roland Waechter passed away peacefully on July 19, 2026 aged 89 years. A longtime resident of North Vancouver, BC. Roland enjoyed a successful career with Encyclopedia Britannica and was an active member of Christ The Redeemer Parish in West Vancouver. He enjoyed golf, swimming and tennis during his leisure time. Roland is survived by his loving wife Molly, his sisters Marie and Celine, and numerous nephews and nieces. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday July 31, 2026 at 10:30 AM at Christ The Redeemer Parish, 599 Keith Road, West Vancouver, BC.
