Steve See Ting Low

(December 20, 1948 - July 11, 2022)

Steve See Ting Low entered into rest on July 11th, 2022, at the age of 73, at his home in North Vancouver.

A poet, songwriter, and entrepreneur at heart, Steve moved through life cultivating his own opportunities with a focused passion. From gardening, paintings and video games to music albums and manuscripts, Steve leaves behind a legacy of creativity. Professionally, he also pursued careers in accounting, real estate, property management and videography. His life journeys brought him from Guangdong, China to Vancouver British Columbia, Lamma Island, Hong Kong, and Oakland, California.

Steve is survived by his three children—Mindy, Joni, and Galen—his grandson Connor, his siblings Jean, Janet, Linda, Elaine, and William, and his Uncle Waymond and Aunt Audrey.

A celebration of Steve’s life will be held on Thursday, July 28th, 2022 at 11:30 am at Hollyburn Funeral Home (1807 Marine Drive, West Vancouver). This will be followed by a burial at 1:00 pm at North Vancouver Cemetery (1700 Lillooet Road, North Vancouver). Friends are welcome to attend.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his honour to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Lions Gate Hospital Foundation.

Gratitude to all the staff and residents at Churchill Retirement House for their warmth and care.

Steve will be missed dearly; we take great comfort in him finding peace.
