He was born on March 31, 1958 in Lake Charles to Billy Wayne Fletcher and Dora Lee Fontenot Fletcher.
Greg spent most of his life as a professional painter and carpenter, but was considered a jack of all trades. He was very artistic as well.
Greg enjoyed hunting, fishing, and being outdoors in general. Greg loved helping others, he also loved his church and being involved in church ministries. His greatest joy in life was serving the Lord, and spending time with his daughter and grandchildren. Greg was a family man. His presence and words of wisdom will be sorely missed.
Those left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Aleigha Fletcher; grandchildren, Brayden Courville, Camdyn Courville, and Haislee Bellard all of Lake Charles; brothers, Dennis Fletcher, Gary Fletcher and wife Julie of Dequincy; sister Belinda Grimes and husband Bud Grimes of Everton, Arkansas; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, mother, and one sister in law, Donna Fletcher.
