

She was a longtime cook and waitress for Pitt Grill Restaurant and served as a foster grandparent at Westwood Elementary School. She was known as Grandma Mac. She was a loving mother and grandmother and a Christian lady who led many others to the Lord. She was the spirtual matriarch of the family. "Her children shall rise up and call her blessed.”
She is survived by her son, Michael W. Roach and wife Pauline of Westlake; daughters, Mary Ann Roach of Lake Charles; Marion R. "Bee" Ledoux and husband Jerry of Sulphur; Sue Ellen Fontenot of Lake Charles; Betty Louise LaPointe of Sulphur; Janet Lynn Brown and husband Joe Edward, Sr. of Van Buren, AR; brothers, Paul Brown and wife Karen of Gansevoort, New York; John C. Brown of Tyler, TX. sisters, Naomi McDade and husband, Charles of Leesville; Janice Duncan and husband David of New Iberia; Dena Maddox of Wood River, IL; Charlotte Brown of Pineville; nineteen grandchildren, fifty seven great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son, George Warn Roach, her first husband, Warn Marion Roach, brothers, Guilbeaux Brown, James Brown, sisters, Alma Trahan, Jean Sinclair, Docia Mae Lott and two granddaughters, Linda Michelle Pagel and Lydia Faye Cash.
Her service will be Saturday at 2:00 p.m. October 27, 2012 at Westlake Church of God. Rev. Rocky East will officiate. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and resume Saturday at 8:00 a.m. until noon at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake and from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the church.
