Sheila was born on December 09, 1962 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Anthony Sr. and Wava Mae Pousson and became a lifelong resident of Westlake. She was devout in her beliefs of family and faith; she often could be found cooking and enjoying good Cajun food in the company of family and friends. She often enjoyed dancing and gazing upon the beauty found in the evening sunsets. She was also a member of St. John Bosco Catholic Church.
Those left to cherish her memory are a son; Devin Scott Cornett, a daughter; Felicia Ann Alleman, three sisters; Donna Richard of Westlake, LA, Janice Goodloe of Baton Rouge, LA , Antoinette Little of Lake Charles, LA, her mother Wava Mae Pousson and her brother Anthony Pousson Jr. of Westlake, LA.
She was preceded in death by her father Anthony Pousson Sr and a sister Debra Ann Norris.
Visitation services will be held at Hixson Funeral of Westlake LA, Wednesday March 14, from the hours of 4pm-8pm with a rosary to be prayed at 6pm. Visitation will resume on Thursday at 9am.
Services will be held at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake, LA on Thursday March 15, 2018 at 10am. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens.
