Marija Novak

In honor and loving memory of Marija Novak, who entered into Eternity with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on January 19, 2024 at the age of 67 Marija was born on August 9, 1956 in Grebenac, Serbia. By Parents Gheorghe Mazaran & Aurelija (Mazaran) Grujescu. Sister to Petru Mazaran (Mirjana). Former Wife of Jeremia Dolinga and Slavko Novak. Beloved Mother to her Son Robert Dolinga (Claudia) and her Daughter Anita Dolinga-Gonzalez (Daniel) and a Loving Grandmother to her four grandchildren Alijah, Jacob, Noah Gonzalez and Grace Dolinga

Marija married her first husband and they came to the United States to start a new life. They had two Children together. Although the marriage did not last, Marija pushed on and persevered by raising up her two children by herself. By the Grace of God, she put herself through college while working two jobs. She became a Registered Nurse and went on to help and care for many throughout her 25+ years in healthcare! She traveled around the world and spoke 5 languages. She was smart, giving, caring and loving, strong, and fearless. She was always putting others before herself. More importantly Marija was an Amazing Mother and Loving Grandmother. She truly lived a fulfilling life.

Marija truly leaves behind a Beautiful legacy of Strength, Courage, Kindness, Grace and Perseverance. She inspired us all in every area of our lives and made a positive impact on everyone she encountered. She cherished and knew the importance of family and faith. In the Days to come before the Lord called her home, Marija was surrounded by her Children and Grandchildren as they prayed with her, sang songs of worship, read the Bible as she prepared her heart and soul to enter into eternity with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Marija was at peace, saved and ready as she Finished her race and Received Her Crown of Glory.

The family will receive friends and family on Friday, January 26, 2024 from 4PM-8PM at Corrigan Craciun Funeral Home, 23040 Center Ridge Rd., Westlake, Ohio 44145 where a Celebration of Life funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11AM. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brook Park, Ohio.
