MARLENE GAIL UMEK (nee Eskew) (formerly Morris) age 80, passed away September 2, 2014 surrounded by her family, at her home in Parma Heights. She was the beloved wife for over 30 years of Peter Umek. The loving mother of Richard (Kimberly) Morris, Dean (Lorene) Morris, Roger (Cathy) Morris, Dale (Tara) Morris, Stephen (Ellen) Umek and the late Keith Umek. Marlene was the proud grandmother of Jason Morris (deceased), Ursula Tatem (Jeremy Roper) Joey (Ashley) Hill, and Jenny (Kevin) Mason, great-grandmother of Wesley, Alexis, Mechenah, Luke, Airiella, Aliyha, Gemma, Kaiden, Bentley, Austin and Cierra. Marlene was born June 28, 1934 in Rock Creek, West Virginia, daughter of both the late Albert and Esther Eskew. She was preceded in death by her first husband Lowell Morris, her brother Harry Eskew and his wife Ruby, and her sister Thelma Collins and her husband June.
