Patricia A Jeske (née Truly) age 79, passed away after suffering a long illness on December 26, 2023.
Loving mother of the late Robert (Julie), Jason (Kendra), Shannon (Dan) Hogan and Jerome (Sarah). Dear grandmother to Jake, Jess, Trent and Brooke; step grandmother to Laura, Kevin (deceased) and Macklin, and dear friend of many.
Private family services will be held.
Family suggests contributions to Hospice of the Western Reserve.
