I was deeply saddened when Mimi called and informed me of Tony's passing.  My family and I often reminisced and shared stories  about Tony; especially about the practical jokes that he loved playing on family and friends.  The  memories  and times we shared  with Tony  will never be forgotten.  He will be missed and fondly remembered always, by our family.
Our prayers and deepest sympathy to Chip, Mimi and family.

Dear Chip, Ralph, Diane and families,
I am Jack Hardiman's daughter, Deanne.  My mother just told me about Tony's passing, and it hurt my heart. Although much time has passed since I was in touch with Tony, he held a special place in my heart. During college (January 1989), Tony graciously hosted me for a month and a half and secured an internship for me in California. It was a short time, but I left California with a new uncle. We had a lot of fun and many laughs. He told me stories about the old days and growing up with my dad in the Bronx. I will always cherish those memories. Just two weeks before my mother received Ralph's letter, we were speaking about Tony and commented that we should get in touch. Thank you, Ralph, for letting us know. Tony and my dad have both been reunited with their daughters and, no doubt, are causing a ruckus in heaven! xo-Deanne
