Dale was a dear friend of mine when he was 22 years old and was serving in the USAF stationed at a small AF base - the 769th about 18 miles north of GALLUP, New Mexico. We dated for quite a long time until he was transferred to Florida. He returned to GALLUP and called to visit me in 1984, he was living in Rapid City, SD. His parents came to GALLUP to meet me in about 1968 or 1969. They told me he had married and started a family. I cared deeply about Dale and am so sorry to hear of his passing. God Bless his family.
