David graduated from Ventura High School in 1965 and later attended CSU Fresno. He served honorably in the US Army and was a Vietnam Veteran. David spent the majority of his working career in Oil Plant Operations on and off shore.
He is survived by his mother, Nelda Beem Stuart, brothers Larry (Cinda) Beem , Ken (Annie) Beem, and sister Cindy (Bob) Rynearson. He will be missed by his eight nieces and nephews and eighteen great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Arthur Beem, and his step-father Reese Stuart.
Graveside service will be held at 1 pm on Thursday, July 8, 2021 at Ivy Lawn Cemetery in Ventura.
