As the Father of our children, You are thought about and missed so very much!!!  Every special occasion, I wish You were still here, to share them with our sons!  I especially wanted  Andrew and Joey, to see the good friends we were becoming.

You know how much I loved it when you and Dad came to visit me in my office.  The cookies are still for you.  I miss your Dad already.  He was the sweetest man and had the kindest eyes.  Your dad really loved his friends but you were his best friend of them all.  I will think of you every day among the too many friends who are gone.

I have been stalling this mainly because I have so many stories I could tell, also I am not ready to say goodbye.  So, I thought I would share the day that I met you, Tonto.  I walked into your office at Rock-it cargo in Atlanta, spring of 1995.  It was an interview I shall never forget!  Being from England I had a Curriculum vitae not a resume, this seemed to amuse you, correct that!  I think it may possibly may have even irritated you, because it was quite long winded.  Anyways, as you poured over the c/v you would have a chuckle, then make a little comment or three!  Expressing how differently us Brits word things.  I guess I must have looked like I might cry or I was distressed...something!  Because within seconds you basically say you liked what you had seen and would probably give me the job...I walked out of there employed :)  
I have had some great moments in my life because of you, Tonto and I have a head full of memories, especially your chuckle:) 
Joey and Andrew you may not remember me, but I want you to know when your father spoke about you both he did it with so much pride.   He was a great man and I hope I run into him again.  Tonto, Thank you for everything . I love you man xxx

I came to California to say goodbye to you my friend. I was touched by your wonderful sons, your lovely sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins and your extended family, not to mention all your friends. Tonto was a person I always enjoyed seeing no matter how infrequently our paths crossed of late.  Having had the pleasure of knowing him since the 70's, in his many capacities, it is with much sorrow that I learned of his passing.  My thoughts are with his family and close friends in this time of mourning.   You may be gone but you will not be forgotten.

It was an honor to work with you Don. You are a truly unique soul! I will miss seeing you. Thank you for being such a nice guy! I'll never forget you.

Tonto, When I heard you where gone, I was devastated, words cannot describe how I feel, my tears just kept pouring, you where like a son to me. If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane I'd walk up to heaven and bring you home again, of course Danny would come too.You where part of our family and always will be. I keep thinking of the last time you where at my house, your jokes, your laughter, you where always a joy to have around. Don Genovese was a true pro in the music industry. It was my good fortune to get to know him about 15 years ago. He always helped folks, and had a heart that can't be measured. He was a great family man, and in my recent time with him was as happy as I have ever seen him. He always encouraged people, and looked after us all.
