George was born in Chicago, Illinois in 1929 and moved to Southern California in 1952. George was employed for 30 years at the family business, W.C. Dillon & Co. In earlier years he was the Service Manager, then later in the positions of VP/Sales & Marketing and then President. At his passing, George was President/CEO of Dillon/Quality Plus, Inc., the force measurement distributorship that he and his wife, Joan, established and operated since 1983.
Survivors include three children: Bill, Nancy and Dan, daughters-in-law: Elizabeth and Stephanie; six grandchildren: Alex, Shaun, Evan, Matt, Chris and Dani, and three great grandchildren: Emily, Max and Colton.
