If the flags are up he is three or four in from the street where the blanket is in this photo.  I'd love it if more people stopped by and brought him flowers once in a while. Joe was the only one who brought his dad flowers and now I'm the only one to bring he and his dad flowers.  They both deserve to be remembered <3

Between 1979 and 1984, I spent many hours listening to Joe Lynch play his electric guitar - not just any guitar but his own creation. His music and his Christian faith were both essential to the man that he was - and there were times when each may have seemed in conflict with the other. He was a gifted musician and a good friend. 

I am so saddened by this news. We were neighbors for 7 years until we recently moved away. I will always cherish the talks Joe and I had about fatherhood in front of our garage. His love for his family was so evident in how he spoke and acted, a true role model for us all.

Joe was the kindest human I've ever met. So friendly and gracious. I met Joe on my walks and he always remembered my name and would yell across the street "Hi Tammy, God Bless you!" It made my day, everyday! Thank you Joe for being so amazing and showing me how just saying hello and smiling makes all the difference. You were an Angel and you blessed our lives with so much joy. My sadness is selfish. I will miss your great smile and warm blessing. I am so grateful for the time we were blessed to encounter your giving soul. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I worked with Joe for many years at Inphi and feel shocked and saddened by his sudden passing. 
I remember him as a man of compassion and conviction.  He was a wonderful colleague who always had a great big smile for everyone.   

I moved to Chateau Park in Agoura Hills in 1989 and it wasn't very long afterwards that I started seeing this gentleman with long flowing hair zip by me when I went for my morning walks and he would always share a smile and a wave! He was a lovely part of the neighborhood and will be sorely missed. My condolences to his loved ones, family and friends. May his memory be a blessing. - Carla Scherr

I’m so sorry to hear about the loss of your father. Heaven gained an Angel, and that’s what he reminded me of, or a lean Santa Clause. Your Dad was so sweet, such a light, and it was always a pleasure running into him on my runs. He touched more lives than he or you know. I’m glad Vaughn was able to meet him before he left us too soon. Nothing I can say will ease your pain, but I am forever sorry for the world  losing someone so special. May God grant you comfort during this hard time. Thinking of you and your family. 

Dear Kristina and family, 
I am still in shock and lost for words that Joe is not midst us. I first met Joe when we worked at Ducommun in the 90's. Joe was so warm, genuine and comforting.  Our paths crossed again some years ago.  Joe was a guiding light and had such a positive outlook to life. And, of course, his faith in God was so resounding and unwavering. A very generous, uplifting and kindhearted soul who left this planet too soon. His conversations would always end, “God Bless you Salil and your family.” I will miss you, Joe! 


So sad to hear this. I really enjoyed working with Joe and the conversations we would have in the lab. Joe was an expert at his job and knew how to get things done. No matter what we chatted about, the conversation would always end with him acknowledging that God was in control. He was a man of faith and didn't hesitate to let you know that. I respected him very much for that. God Bless you Joe! RIP my friend!

Joe, I didn't know you other than your friendly greetings as we passed each other on our runs. Those small moments made me smile and helped ease my thoughts. Grateful to your spirit. Your memory will long be in my memories.

An entire week... We were together 15 years and 52 days. Now we have been apart one week. I am counting the days til I get to see you again. 

I did not Joe personally but saw him countless times while walking my dog (Daisy).   He would pass every time with “God bless you both, have a great day”.   

Funny how the first few times I thought it was odd and then it became one of those things where if I saw him running and he was already past us I would be upset that he had not seen us.  

I will miss these encounters.

The words are still not real, that Joe has passed away.  For as many years as I can remember in my neighborhood, Joe has been the gift of love spread to all of us with his message of "GOD BLESS YOU" whether we  walked, ran or drove past him on his daily run.  There is an eerie quiet these past 7 days, but there is also no doubt that Joe is still here sharing his message of Love.  I vow to continue his legacy and to treasure all the beautiful moments of our friendship.  Oh,  that sparkle in his eye!

Joe and I worked together at Rockwell, Conexant, Mindspeed and Inphi.  He truly was someone I not only respected professionally but also was a favorite person to enjoy a coffee and chat with.  He was always kind to me and my family.   He loved all of you so much.  He did nothing but boast with pride about all your accomplishments.  I'm thankful to have known him.  

We are so terribly sorry for your loss! We love you and are thinking and praying for you! Joe was a wonderful man and will forever be missed.

You made me laugh like no other 💕 I miss being silly with my best friend…..

I have known this man for 43 years.  He stepped into my life at a time where I needed a friend, brother and father figure.  He kept me on the straight and narrow.  He taught me the value of hard work, kindness to others and most importantly the importance of a relationship with Jesus Christ!  He was my best friend!!  I love you brother!!

Our happy , beautiful friends with their first grand baby.  Rest In Peace dear friend. You will sorely be missed.  It is comforting to know you are now the one in Gods hands being held. Love you Joe. 

I am so thankful to you Joe for bringing Kristina into our local grocery store in Cambria and saying  “I want to introduce you to my wife, Kristina” we’ve been friends ever since. Thank you Joe for introducing us! Mark & I will miss you dearly, 

We met Joe when we moved to Cambria and he would run passed our home and say “God Bless you guys” and we would say “God bless you too Joe”. He would put  smiles on our faces every time and love in our hearts.
