She worked as Secretary in New York and an Office Manager after moving to Thousand Oaks in the mid-seventies.
Mary was actively involved in Sweet Adelines, traveling the country singing with her friends. Mary was also an avid golfer and kept playing until she was in her eighties.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Beverly and Mattie (Adams) Crouch. Her brothers Claude Crouch and Leon Crouch, and her husband of 56 years, Donald Parrott.
She is survived by her sister in law Betty Crouch, nieces Lori (Crouch) Cox and Diane (Parrott) Archer (Gary), and her nephews Wesley Crouch (Gwen) and Doug Parrott (Cindy).
The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at ComForCare Home Care for their care and compassion this past year as well as Bill and Nancy Kilbourn for their faithful care they provided for Mary.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life Service at Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks Memorial Park Chapel on Monday, February 19 at 10:00am.
