I was so very sad to hear of Neena's passing. Richard and I were old friends and business partners straight from college and I always felt like it was a meeting of minds. His creative mind and fun approach always cheered me up no end.

I was made up when Richard met Neena some time later in London and it was clear from the outset that theirs was a very special relationship. It was no surprise to see them getting married some time later and again no surprise to see the great successes they achieved as a family team first here in London and then in California. 

I remember Neena excitedly telling me about her new business showing people how to cook fabulous curries. Her joy was infectious. 

On different continents, we were in touch less lately than we had been, but I often think of my friend Richard and his beautiful wife Neena who has left us do suddenly. 

My heart goes out to you and your family Richard. I can't begin to contemplate your sadness.

I was only Neena's insurance agent, but in this role I work closely with a person to learn their hopes and goals so they can be properly protected.  Neena was among my favorites, she filled this office with life each time she was in, and was always so kind and gracious, she will be deeply missed.   My condolences to you all during this difficult time. 

I'm still so shocked to hear about beautiful, gorgeous Neena, no words can describe a loss like this, Neena my  best friend who i was lucky to have in my life ...... thankfully i have so many memories of all the good times we shared together.

We were  so sad  to hear that Neena  passed away ..it is still really hard to believe . We are  totally heartbroken for you and your beautiful children ... Everyone who met Neena , felt her incredible energy and generosity of spirit..it was just authentically who she was. I had looked forward to getting to know her better ...and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to have known her even a little ..

I worked with Neena many years ago but will never forget her.

She had the ability to turn the dullest task into a complete riot! She had the warmest heart and smile and always made time for anyone who needed her.

When a couple of years ago I found myself alone with a new baby a bit stranded in the US, she immediately without hesitation and completely selfishly offered her home and companionship up.

She was an incredible lady, friend and colleague and I will miss her tremendously.

Neena was one of the most beautiful people I have ever met, inside and out, she shined like the sun. She bought warmth and love to everything she did. I will never forget working with her and all she taught me both in work and in life. This world has lost another one of the special ones. It's so very very sad. My friendship with Neena was very special and I feel very grateful to have known her.  We met in a yoga class when we were both pregnant with our sons and our friendship grew strong as our boys grew up.  I’m heartbroken at the thought that I won’t be able to call her to chat, tell her some good news or seek her advice.  She was one of my best friends and I feel lost without her.

Neena was so proud of Richard, Rani and Roshi – her family meant the world to her.  When we spoke a few weeks ago, she was happy that her mother was coming to town to visit and that her family would all be together again.  She was a wonderful mother and loved her family more than anything.  

Neena had a strong, open heart and larger than life personality crammed into such a tiny frame!  And her sense of style was impeccable, something I’ll always remember about her.  Neena was a force to be reckoned with and her energy was contagious.  Once she set her mind to something nothing could stop her and she shared that determination and inspiration with those around her.

I still cannot fathom that my beloved friend is gone.  But I know she will live on every time I think of her, every time I make one of her delicious recipes or laugh so hard I can’t catch my breath.  My prayers and sympathy go out to Rich, Rani, Roshi and Neena’s mother. There is never enough time with those that we love and I am so sorry that she is gone.

Neena was a childhood friend, we lived around the corner from each other and went to school together. Often spending time at each others house, went shopping and visited Friends Corner her parents restaurant.  She was an extension of our family. Sadly we lost touch after college but I do recall bumping into on my way home from work and we found time to go for dinner. Looking back it was around the time she met Richard and she was super excited about him! I never had the pleasure of meeting Richard and the kids personally but we kept in touch via social media - it was clear Richard was the love of her life and soul mate. I am so thankful that we kept in touch via social media and I was able to see how their wonderful life in California was going and how their  family grew and blossomed.  

Neena was an incredible individual who lived life to the full and had the biggest heart.  I am proud to have known her and very grateful that she was a part of my life.  Her infectious nature I am sure will live on through Richard, Rani, Roshan and Aunty Lila

We use to hang out in the same crowd.  I was absolutely devastated to hear of the news that she had passed away, leaving behind her beloved husband, children and mother.

Firstly I was completely shocked to hear the extremely sad news about Neena. I was unable to concentrate all day and could not stop thinking about her. My heart was also heavy thinking about Richard, the children and Neena's mum.  Neena was my childhood friend.  I met her when I was an 11 year old tom boy. She was a beautiful girly 13 year old who helped me embrace femininity! We used to hang out in her bedroom trying on make up, girly outfits and styling our hair whilst listening to soul music.  We got each other through a lot of testing times during our teens and 20's. One of my fondest memories is of Neena helping me to plan and celebrate my 21st birthday in style. I didn't get a chance to catch up with her during her annual visit to London this summer which will now always make me sad.  Life is so unfair sometimes. I send my deepest sympathies to Richard and the children.  Much love Rajeshree.

Met Neena at the Village XOC the first week it opened. We acted like two giddy girls sneaking out with our dates and that's because we were two giddy girls on date night with our hubbies. It was one of the most fun nights I can remember. Her smile, charm,  and laugh lightened our world that night and we are deeply saddened for your family. There really are no words. She was just absolutely lovely. 

Neena is one of a kind. My entire work team met her at her home for a team off-site to learn how to cook delicious food and of course bond as a team . Not only did she come highly recommended from another team at our office but she facilitated an incredibly beautiful day filled with her welcoming energy, beautiful mother/daughter relationship & of course, aromatic deliciousness. I speak for all of us when I say her spirit left us energized, full of hope and ready to take on any challenge work or life throws our way. Her friends at Universal are sending Neena's family & friends positive energy filled with love, hope and beautiful memories during this difficult time. So much love to you.

I first met Neena when Rani was little and at nursery, me and jo looked after Rani and bonded well with your beautiful family. You’ll be missed so much. Thinking of you all at this difficult and very sad time.
