Catherine Marie Flagg

FLAGG, Catherine, 60, of Montvale, NJ, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, March 3, 2015. Cherished fiancee of Frank Lynch. Devoted mother of Julia, Rachel and Russell Flagg. She is predeceased by her husband Kurt Flagg. Beloved daughter of Helen and Bill Duffany. Dear sister of Billy and Shelly Duffany, Eileen and her late husband Michael Duffany, Peter Duffany and Toni Uzzalino, Steven and Julie Duffany, Lisa and John Waddon, Debi and Tony Donofrio, Pete and Diane Andresen. Dear sister-in-law of Scott Flagg and Janet Martin, daughter-in-law of Marian Flagg and mother-in-law of Joseph Berenguel. She is also survived by seventeen nieces and nephews. Cathy was a graduate of William Paterson University where she received her BSN. She recently worked for the Upper Saddle River School District as a Registered Nurse. Cathy was not only a wonderful mother, but was also fun loving and dedicated to her family, friends and community. The family will receive their relatives and friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Friday, March 6 from 2-4 and 7-9PM. The Funeral Service celebrating Cathy’s life and faith will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, March 7 at 11AM. Cremation will be private.
