Florio, Daniel James, age 54 of Washington Twp. formerly of Bergenfield NJ, passed away on September 7th, 2017. The son of Frank and Ginger Florio, Dan is survived by his beloved wife Lorna (nee Galloway), devoted sons Alec and Kyle; loving sisters Jo-Anne Zucconi (nee Florio) and Gina Florio, mother Ginger Florio and several nieces and nephews. Before retiring, he had worked as a communications technician with Verizon for 25 years while also coaching many Washington Twp. youth sports teams. Dan was an avid NY Jets and NY Islanders fan, who also loved animals, especially the family dog Molly. Visitation at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 pm, with a service at 8:00 pm.
