LYNCH, Joan M., 73, of Westwood, NJ, formerly of Teaneck, NJ, passed away on Monday, March 24, 2014. She was born in Brooklyn, NY to Levi and Matilda Scott. Beloved wife of the late James C. Lynch. Devoted mother of Darren and Lance Lynch. Dear sister of Leon Scott. Cherished grandmother of six grandchildren.
She was a Data Processing Supervisor responsible for overseeing 300 employees for the Data Center of New Jersey Bell, in Madison NJ. Since her youth, Joan was a member of Mount Lebanon Baptist Church in Brooklyn, NY and she was a charter member of Trinity Baptist Church in Hackensack, NJ.
The family will receive their friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Saturday, March 29, 9-10AM. Interment will follow at Hackensack Cemetery, Hackensack, NJ.
