Maria Francesca De Santis

De SANTIS, Maria Francesca (nee Federici), 94, of Emerson, NJ, formerly of Jersey City, NJ, Bronx, NY and Palisades Park, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2015. She was born in Castlegrande, Italy and came to the U.S. in 1953. Beloved wife of the late Angelo De Santis. Devoted mother of Angela DiNicola and her husband Giuseppe of Emerson, NJ, and Domenico “Nick” De Santis and his wife Vicki of Martin, TN. Dear sister of Teresa Gutto and the late Frank Federici. Cherished grandmother of Maria Bifulco and husband Stephen, Francesca Mauriello and husband Robert, Lucia Galeazza and husband Joseph, Deanna Mount and husband Matt, Angela DeGuira and husband Cory, Selena Robinson and husband Josh. Great Grandmother to Stephanie, Christopher, Amanda, Brianna, Kailee, Daniel, James Caiden, Gianna and Nora. The family will receive their relatives and friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Friday, November 20 from 2-4 and 7-9PM. The Funeral Mass celebrating Maria’s life and faith will be held at Church of the Assumption, Emerson, NJ on Saturday, November 21 at 9:30AM. Entombment will follow at Madonna Cemetery, Fort Lee, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Maria’s name to the Tomorrow Children’s Fund, Hackensack, NJ.
