Born October 1st, 1939. Died September 13 2025. Mike was the beloved son of the late Susan and Hugh McCrory, the devoted husband of the late Anne, loving father of James (Joanna) and very proud grandfather of Emilia and James McCrory. Mike was the dear brother of the late Sister Theresa McCrory, Gerard McCrory and the late Anne Corr. He was the proud uncle of Hugh (Anne) McCrory and Rosaleen (Rick) Valent. He is also survived by seven great nieces and nephews and in-laws Mary Ellen Scanlan and James (Nareerat) Scanlan. Mike retired as a decorated member of the New York City Police Department's elite Emergency Service Unit as well as being a member the the NYPD Emerald Society Pipes and Drums.
There will be a wake at Becker Funeral Home in Westwood, NJ on Thursday September 18th from 4-8 pm and a Funeral Mass at St. John the Baptist in Hillsdale, NJ on Friday September 19th at 10 am.
In lieu of flowers donations to St. John the Baptist Church or the Hillsdale Volunteer Ambulance Corps would be appreciated.
