Phillip D. Langner, 87, of Park Ridge, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 30 2024. Devoted father of Kim Gardner and her husband Eric. Phil was predeceased by his son, Kevin. Born in Westwood, NJ he lived the majority of his life in Park Ridge. He served in the Army and was a plumber by trade. A member of the American Legion where he served as commander. He was also a member of the Park Ridge Elks where he was Exalted Ruler and District Deputy. Phil also held the position of President for the Rockland Rodders.
There will be a Celebration of Life for Phil on Saturday, February 1st at 2pm. This will take place at the Park Ridge Elks. 13 Sulak Lane in Park Ridge.
In memory of Phil contributions can be made to the American Legion of Hillsdale or Park Ridge Elks.
