TWOHIG, Robert Peter, Sr., 76, of Westwood, NJ, passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2015. He was born in Queens, NY to Edward and Alice Twohig. Beloved husband of the late Helen Twohig. Devoted father of Robert and Brian. Dear father-in-law of Colleen, Brenda and Colleen. Loving grandfather of Cailin, Taryn, Robert III and Brian John. Bob was a dedicated coach of Westwood Babe Ruth Baseball, Assumption basketball and he served as a member of the Westwood Volunteer Fire Department as well as a proud member of AA of Westwood and survivor of 9/11. The family will receive their relatives and friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Monday, March 2 from 2-4 and 7-9PM. The Funeral Mass celebrating Bob’s life and faith will be held at R.C. Church of the Assumption, Emerson, NJ on Tuesday, March 3 at 10AM. Interment will follow at Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah, NJ.
