Roberta “Bobbi” Closterman of Closter, formerly of Cresskill, passed away suddenly Friday June 14. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Richard. Son Joseph, his wife Victoria and their children PJ and Samantha. Daughter Victoria Foley, her husband Edward and their children Hunter and Dylan. Son Michael and her sister Lois Perfetto.
She was a very big part of the community while we were growing up. She was involved in scouts, both boys and girls, and little league. Merritt School PTA. She made school play costumes and was always one of our class mother. She made the Merritt Memorial School Banner.
Bobbi made friends everywhere she went. She had the kindest heart and always a helping hand.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to the American Cancer Society.
