David C. Perkins, 54, of Tolland, beloved husband of Sharon (Boudreau) Perkins, died Tuesday (May 16, 2006). He was born in Hartford, son of the late Lester and Alice (Gidley) Perkins and had lived in the area all of his life. He was employed by Turbine Controls of Bloomfield and he was a Friend of Bill W. Besides his wife, he leaves two step-daughters, Kelly Dumas of Manchester, Melissa Dumas of Vernon; a brother and sister-in-law, Thomas and Kathryn Perkins of South Glastonbury; a sister and brother-in-law, Rosemary and Bob Gordon of Woodstock, GA; two beloved grandchildren, Kayin and Kelsey Rivera and his beloved ""Buddy"". Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday, May 20, at 10 a.m. at Rose Hill Memorial Park, Rocky Hill, (Section 30). There are no calling hours. The D'Esopo Funeral Chapel has charge of arrangements.
