Dorothy M. (Moard) Hart, 92, of Rocky Hill and formerly Wethersfield, beloved wife of the late Gilbert Parker Hart, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, (October 1, 2013) with her family by her side at Hartford Hospital. Born in Hartford on April 17, 1921, she was the daughter of the late David and Emma (Johnson) Moard. A loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she will be dearly missed by her devoted children: three sons, David S. Hart and his wife Ann, Gregory J. Hart and Jeffrey M. Hart and his wife Koreen; her daughter, Susan Davis and her husband Dow; six adored grandchildren and seven cherished great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at the First Church of Christ, 250 Main St., Wethersfield. Burial will follow in Village Cemetery, Wethersfield. There are no calling hours.
