(1977 – 2024)
Eliezer "Lee" Colón, 47, passed away peacefully on April 6, 2024, due to complications from liver disease. Lee was a beloved brother, son, and friend whose vibrant personality and warm smile left a lasting impression on everyone he met. He cherished his time with family and friends, always making sure to be present for the people he loved.
A true nature enthusiast, Lee found peace and happiness in the outdoors—whether by a quiet lake, walking along the beach, or tending to plants and flowers. His passion for working outside reflected his free spirit and deep appreciation for the beauty around him.
Those who knew Lee will remember his infectious laughter, his kindness, and the way he made every moment count. Though he is gone too soon, his memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him. Lee’s legacy continues on in sunlit trails, blooming flowers, and the countless lives he touched with his kindness.
Services will be private for immediate family. In honor of Lee’s memory, donations may be made to the Hartford Hospital Transplant Program and Comprehensive Liver Center, or simply by spending time outdoors— cookouts with friends and family, or watching a sunset, as he so loved to do. The D'Esopo Funeral Chapel was entrusted with his care.
