Kathleen M. Tolli

Born in Hartford, Connecticut on January 30, 1964, she was the daughter of Robert and Elizabeth (Devane) Mitchell. She was a graduate of Windsor High School, Class of 1982. Kathy worked for many years caring for the intellectually disabled. She was an avid UConn Women’s Basketball fan and a lifelong dog lover.

Kathleen is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Mitchell of Windsor, three sisters, Mary Dumala and her husband David of Wibraham, MA, Colleen Gallagher and her husband Timothy of Holden, MA and Noreen Mitchell and her partner Scott Smith of Feeding Hills, MA, two sisters-in-law, Phyllis Wilkey and her husband Robert of Meriden and Elaine Somes of Rocky Hill, ten nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Emily, Kyle, Daniel, Sarah, Margaret, Jack, Brendan, Conor and Norah as well as several friends who were dear to her. She was predeceased by her father, Robert Mitchell.

A private burial will be held in Center Cemetery, Rocky Hill. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to D’Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield, CT 06109.
