

Michael “Mike” Pandolfe, 49, of Wethersfield, passed away October 17, 2023. He was the beloved son of Linda Bordieri Pandolfe and the late Robert “Bob” Pandolfe and the brother of Robert “Rob” Pandolfe and the late Anthony Pandolfe. Born August 18, 1974, Mike graduated from Wethersfield High School, Class of 1993 and later graduated from Mitchell College. After completing college, Mike enlisted in the U.S. Army, where he earned the elite distinction of Airborne Ranger 2nd Battalion Fort Lewis. After being honorably discharged, Mike went on to work for MDC where he worked for over 20 years. He was an incredibly hard worker and loved his job, especially the people he worked with. He was also an amateur boxer out of the San Juan Center in Hartford. Weight lifting and exercise were his passion.
In addition to his mother and brother, Mike will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his paternal grandmother Mary Pandolfe, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and close and dear friends. Mike was predeceased by father Robert “Bob” Pandolfe and his best friend and brother, Anthony Pandolfe, his grandparents Joseph "Flip" and Marie Bordieri, Ralph Pandolfe and his cousin, Julie Allen Lanati.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, November 4 at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of the Incarnation of Christ the King Parish, 544 Prospect Street, Wethersfield. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family. There is no visitation. The D'Esopo Funeral Chapel in Wethersfield has been entrusted with the arrangements.
