Nelson Rodriguez, 63, of Hartford, passed away on Friday, December 12, 2025. Born on November 21, 1962, in Hatillo, Puerto Rico, he was the son of Victoriano Rodriguez Garcia and Maria M. Rodriguez Feliciano.
Nelson had a gift for staying in touch and was often the one
who made sure everyone knew what was going on. He loved calling everyone and was like the family newsletter.
Nelson will be missed by his brothers, Hector, José and Wilson,
sisters Nelida, Maria, Betzaida, Sonia, Luz, Celinia, Gladys, Aida Rosa and many nieces and nephews, especially Maria and Jessica.
In addition to his parents, Nelson was predeceased by his brother,William.
Calling hours will be held Thursday, December 18th from 9:30-11:00 a.m. at D’Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Boulevard, Wethersfield, followed by a religious service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place at Mount Saint Benedict Cemetery, 1 Cottage Grove Road, Bloomfield.
