Shirley (daniels) Capobianco

Shirley (Daniels) Capobianco, 73, of Newington died at home on Friday (November 16, 2007). She was the daughter of the late Charles Richard Daniels and Margaret (DeFronzo) Daniels. She was retired from the Town of West Hartford Housing Authority after many years of faithful service. She was a volunteer at the Newington Senior Center Gift Store. Her passions were her family, handcrafts, music, plays and movies. She was an active member of the Cromwell and Newington Red Hat Societies. She is survived by her daughter, Roxanne Capobianco Hassett and her husband Neil; her sons, Anthony Capobianco, Jr. and his wife Kimberly, Rocco Capobianco, and Daniel Capobianco and Marietta Corso, her sister Margaret Goslin and her husband John, her grandchildren, Courtney Wood, Christopher Capobianco, Caroline Capobianco, Kiri Capobianco, Jamie Hassett, Dominic Capobianco and her great grandchildren, Layla and Phoenix. She also enjoyed the company of her two cats, Sammie and Spike. The funeral is Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd. Wethersfield.
