Howard Lester McAllister, 99, a resident of the Mt. Sidney community, passed away at 11:05 Friday evening, Dec. 14, 2012 at the Augusta Nursing & Rehab Center at Fishersville.
The Lindsey Weyers Cave Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and all services will be private.
