Geraldine Anne Gaudet Rodgerson

Rodgerson, Geraldine Anne - 51, passed away peacefully while surrounded by family on January 20, 2013, in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born in Digby, she was the daughter of Melbourne Gaudett and Lillian (Mullen) Gaudett. Geraldine was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and godmother who always put others first. She enjoyed baking, crafts, and spending time with family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Blaine Rodgerson; sons, Jamie Barr (Becky), Wolfville; Russell Barr, New Tusket; Ryan Barr, Halifax; stepson, Mitchell (Annette) Rodgerson, Yarmouth; stepdaughter, Tasha (Chris) Rodgerson, Grande Prairie, Alberta ; sisters, Glenda (Yvon) Belliveau, Belliveau Cove; Gale (Larry) Harvey, Ontario; grandson, Logan Barr, Wolfville; step grandchildren, Bailey Smith, Yarmouth; Hannah and Riley Bower, Yarmouth; niece, Allison Gaudet; nephews, Alexander, Joshua (Darla), and Garry (Suzane) Gaudett; Jason and Tyler Belliveau. She was predeceased by her brother Garry Gaudett (Doris). Visitation for family only will take place from 2pm to 4pm and a public visitation from 4pm to 9pm on January 23 at the Havelock Wesleyan Church. A funeral service will be held January 24 at 2pm at the Havelock Wesleyan Church with Pastor Peter Hayes officiating. Interment in Church of Christ Cemetery, Southville. Family flowers only. Donations may be made to the ALS Society of Nova Scotia or Alzheimer Society Nova Scotia.
