

Amero, Larry Joseph – Age 66 of Plympton, Digby County passed away Thursday April 9 at Villa Acadienne. Born on May 26, 1948, he was the son of the late Laura and Harley Amero. He is survived by his dear wife Dianne of 45 years of marriage; two sons, Mike of Lower Sackville, Rick (Amanda) of Plymouth; daughter Patricia (Sandy Hyde) of Bridgewater, granddaughter Olivia, a brother John (Joan) of Doucetteville, two sisters Connie Amon (Tommy) of St. Catharines Ontario, and Carol Doucet (Maurice) of Plympton. He was predeceased by an infant twin sister Linda.He was a caring and very loving husband and father, devoted to his family. He thought a lot of his friends and was known to joke, carry on and be there without hesitation if someone needed help. His favorite pastime was being in the woods whether it was walking and exploring nature, cutting wood, fishing and especially deer hunting. He looked forward to fall every year and this was his favorite time of year. Cremation has taken place, as per his request.
