A resident of St. Amant and former resident of White Castle, he passed away suddenly on August, 31, 2015, at the age of 31. Nick loved playing football and played at White Castle High School with the #68. He was a First Mate working on tugs along the Mississippi River.
Nick leaves behind a daughter, Jayla Jordan; his parents, Leslie “Wild Boy” LeBlanc, Sr. and Kay Penn LeBlanc; brother, Leslie “Lil Man” LeBlanc, Jr.; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Loma Penn Gilser, Eunice Louis Penn, V.J. Melancon, Murphy J. LeBlanc and Catherine Hurst LeBlanc.
Visiting will be at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church, White Castle from 9 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am. A private burial will take place at a later date.
