Anthony M. Sortino, 63, of the Whiting section of Manchester Twp., passed away peacefully Saturday, October 19, 2013 at home surrounded by family. He was a dedicated businessman his whole life and more recently with Ameri Quest as a mortgage broker. He retired in 2008. He adored his family – especially his “baby”, and his grandchildren. Born in New York, NY., he resided in Staten Island for many years and in Forked River, moving here 6 years ago.
Anthony is survived by his wife of 36 years, Theresa Sortino, and his daughter Theresa Ramos and her husband whom he considered a son, Gene Ramos of Howell. Anthony also leaves his cherished grandchildren, Jade Lynn and Kai Anthony.
