I was Chrissy's Junior English teacher at Warren Hills Regional High School. I also had the pleasure of having her brother, Tim, in class a few years earlier. Chrissy (Athena) was a bright and energetic student in my class who would often stop by my room before and after school so I was able to get to know her a little better than most of my students. After she graduated and continued her studies at Stockton University we would be in touch from time to time and, because I was friends with Stephen Dunn, a professor there, I sometimes encountered her on my visits to the campus. I am very saddened at her death and my wife, Mary Zanette, and I offer our deepest sympathy to her family. May she rest in peace.

I enjoyed working with you at Covenant House. You had a wit and charm, and you loved the kids. I will miss you and I can’t believe I will never see you again.

Sending prayers and love to her family. Athena was brilliant and caring. I’m going to miss her insights and wit. She knew how to make you feel heard and I’m going to miss her so much.

I'm saddened to hear of Athena's passing. Life can have such great joys as well as great difficulties.  This is what I know.  Athena left an indelible mark on this planet with her  laugh, quick wit and calm words. Athena had an ability to connect with people and make them feel comfortable.  She spoke of her children with the most love and pride imaginable. Know that.  You were her world.  Athena,  thank you for the laughter,  the seaweed snacks and lessons you lived and shared throughout your life.  You made a difference.  Rest in glorious peace.

Athena will be missed by so many. She was a unique, generous and caring person and a lovely "second mom" to my daughter. Rest in peace, my friend.

All my thoughts & prayers with all of the families will miss hearing from Christy. Worked with her dad in the mid-1960s & again in the mid-1980s, Christy went to school with my son & she worked at M&M's when she was in college, a real sweet young lady & know she will be missed by many. Christy is with her dad again. R.I.P Athena C. Bradley. 🙁

All my love and prayers to everyone in the family. People are commenting on Athena’s great smile. That is exactly what I remember most from when we were kids, her happy smile! Rest in peace.
